SOME KIND OF WONDERFUL
As the rain falls it washes away,
-The tears and laughter of another day.
Its pitter-pater plays upon the roof,
-Reveling to us its undying proof.
Within nature there lies nothing so pure,
-As the soft sweet smelling dew that occurs.
It’s a fragrance that takes your breath away,
-And sends your senses reeling at bay.
If you close your eyes time stands still.
Revealing life’s loving laughter you can feel.
It is something to wonderful even in pain.
So, we all find ourselves watching the rain.
Our feelings freely flow like the rain.
And our faces may become red and stained.
It is love, to my breast, I will gladly pull.
Honestly though, it is some kind of wonderful!
